Welcome to Education Service Center Region XI's Blogs
Education Service Center Region XI uses this on-line interactive tool to support professional development and instruction in the classroom. Blogs, when implemented in appropriate ways, provide a positive impact on teaching and learning for teachers as well as students. ESC Region XI uses this secure blogging system, hosted by NovemberLearning, to enhance professional development and follow-up activities, provide technical assistance, increase information sharing, and provide other useful functions.
Districts can purchase a license and support for NovemberLearning blogging software through ESC Region XI at a discount. Every educator in a district can then host and make productive use of their blogs for professional purposes including classroom instruction, administrative functions, and community involvement. Districts participating in the Educational Technology cooperative receive a discount on purchasing the NovemberLearning blogging annual license.
